"Tratovi" is the trade name under which the owner develops and distributes the macOS desktop application of the same name and operates the website tratovi.com.

2. Purpose

This legal notice governs access to and use of the website tratovi.com (the "Site") and identifies the party responsible for the Tratovi application (the "Application"). Use of the Application is further governed by theTerms of Service, thePrivacy Policy and theRefund Policy.

Access to the Site is free and confers the status of user, which implies acceptance of this legal notice.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site appropriately and not for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to good faith, nor to damage, disable or overload the systems of the owner or third parties. In particular, you may not introduce or spread viruses or any other system capable of causing damage, or attempt to access restricted areas of the Site or other users' accounts.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The contents of the Site and the Application (source code, design, text, images, logos, trademarks and trade names) belong to the owner or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property law.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other exploitation of such contents without the owner's express written authorisation is prohibited, except for uses permitted by law. The licence to use the Application is set out in the Terms of Service.

The owner does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Site or the absence of errors in its content, although reasonable measures will be taken to avoid and correct them. The owner is not liable for damage arising from your use of the Site, from interference, interruptions, viruses or disconnections beyond its control, or from the content of third-party sites linked from the Site.

The Site may contain links to third-party sites. The owner does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy policies. If you wish to link to tratovi.com, link only to the home page, without reproducing content or suggesting any relationship with the owner without authorisation.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from access to or use of the Site, the parties submit to the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law; where you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
